When searching consultation feedback from previous surveys, the page scrolls through findings from the most recent posted first from all providers in the district.

Your views matter to us
AVDC has adopted an regular satisfaction monitor, which has been used to track performance and regularly consult with local residents. Reports from the first three surveys are posted in consultation feedback. The first survey was conducted in November 2009, second in March and the third in July. We are currently considering our programme for next year and will update our website soon.

AVDC Residents’ panel
Throughout the survey programme we have been building up a residents panel of local people who are happy to be involved in consultation. Joining our panel gives you the opportunity to get involved should you wish to, on a variety of issues or services. This could take the form of postal and online surveys or small discussion groups. We’d love you to take part in each time, but you don’t have to, it will be your decision each time – but we hope the questions we ask will be about things you are interested in, so you will.

Regular Customer Satisfaction Monitoring - Survey 3

This report is from the third survey in the on-going measurement monitor we use to track our performance and regularly consult with local residents. This survey included questions on the new joint council news magazine, Aylesbury Vale and County Times, Parking Services, Customer Services in Winslow and future recycling initiatives. Buckingham Park new community centre

Consultation with local residents in Buckingham Park and Watermead about what facilites they would like to see and use at this new temporary community centre, due to open in early spring 2009.

2008 Place Survey

The last Government introduced a new survey - the Place Survey - that all local authorities were required to conduct in autumn 2008. This survey replaced the Best Value User Satisfaction surveys (BVPIs), which had been carried out previously every three years and were last conducted in 2006. To save money, as with the previous BVPI surveys, all the councils in Buckinghamshire jointly commissioned this survey. Click on the blue title name to view the report from the survey.
