We currently have Customer Service Centres in Buckingham and Winslow.
Our offices in Buckingham and Winslow are open:
Monday - Thursday from 8.45am - 5.15pm
Friday - 8.45am - 4.45pm.

Making a comment, compliment or complaint
If you would like to make a comment,compliment or complaint you can do so by:
- filling in a webform for a comment, compliment or complaints form (they are different so please click the form you wish to use), or
- phoning the officer involved, or
- phoning the Service Liaison Officer, or
- by writing a letter, or
- sending us an email to CCCP@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk
Translations and interpreters
For customers of AVDC who do not speak or understand English we can provide translator and interpreter services, which include written translations and interpreters for spoken languages.
For customers who suffer from hearing loss or are deaf we use British Sign Language interpreters. For customers who have a sight impairment or are blind, we can provide large print versions of printed material or CD or USB stick versions of printed material.
