Where to pay

You can pay us at any of the locations shown on the map below.

Payments can be made at any post office or retail outlet displaying the PayPoint sign. And you can pay at locations outside the Vale – if they are more convenient to you. Our cash office at 66 High Street, Aylesbury closes on 1 September 2012 and we will stop taking cash at our area offices at Buckingham and Winslow from this date.

Paying is as easy as 1, 2, 3

If you pay us weekly you will be issued with a bar coded bill or payment card. You will get details of how to make your payment when it is sent to you. Other payments can be made using the invoice or bill we send you (which will have a barcode on it so your payment gets to us).

  1. Take your bill or payment card, together with your payment to a post office or PayPoint outlet (see the list and map inside this leaflet).
  2. Give your bill or payment card and your payment to the cashier.
  3. Remember to get a receipt and your card or bill back for future payments.
    The Post Office will accept payments by cash, cheques and debit cards. PayPoint takes cash payments only. Cheques paid in at the Post Office must be made payable to “Post Office Limited”.
