Dates for 2009 meetings will be available from mid-November 2008.
After you submit your application we will contact you if we need more information before we submit it to the next Grants Panel.
The Grants Panel considers all applications and makes recommendations on grant awards to the Cabinet Member for Community Matters. The Cabinet Member then makes the decision.
Once the decision is made it is subject to standard Scrutiny procedures, which take up to 3 weeks. This is the reason for the delay between the panel meetings and the confirmed decision date. We will advise applicants of the provisional decision after the Grants Panel and send a funding agreement once a positive decision is made.
If your organisation is unhappy with the decision, specific advice on how to appeal can be obtained by contacting the grants officer.
