Welcome to the council tax and business rates login page, if you have already registered with us, have your reference number and password to hand and simply follow the customer login procedure.

If you have not registered with us follow the instructions below.

For council tax customers, email: counciltax@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk, tell us your name, address and account number, we will validate your information and send you a password so that you can see your bills online.

For business rates, mail: businessrates@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk, tell us the name of your business, address, and account number, we will validate your information and send you a password so that you can see your bills online.
