Report a problem online

A quick and easy way to report any problem is to do it online. Just fill in the appropriate form with your details and submit. Your report will be sent directly to the relevant team for them to deal with.

 It might also be useful to support your report with a photo as evidence. Many mobile phones now take photos, if you have this function you can send them to any email address via mms (multimedia messaging service), this should be in your phones sending options. Simply take your picture and then send it to the email address below, along with your name, nature of the problem and location.

You will receive an auto-response when you submit your form to acknowledge that your report has been received. If you don't receive this within 24hrs please call 01296 585858.
