A new on-line council tax account and billing system called MyAccount is now available.
The new MyAccount system is now available for Aylesbury Vale District Council residents. With MyAccount you can receive your council tax bill on-line and check the balance, payments and reductions applied to your council tax account. You also have access to links in your account page where you can make payments or apply for discounts.
Other Aylesbury Vale District Council services are now also available through the MyAccount system, including business rates, housing benefit and payment information for landlords.
To register for your personal, secure MyAccount please complete the registration process and follow these steps:
Register for your MyAccount
Step 1: Provide your email address
Step 2: Provide your name
Step 3: Provide your address
Step 4: Provide your Date of Birth
Step 5: Provide a memorable word and password
Access your MyAccount
Step 6: Activate your account using the security code emailed to you
Step 7: Confirm your address using a PIN code sent by post
Step 8: Add any service you use from council tax, business rates and housing benefit
We take the security of your information seriously and to ensure that your information is safe, we check that you have access to the email and postal address that you provide during the registration process. This is done by sending an email and letter to the address that you have provided which contain unique codes.
