Would you find it easier to keep up to date with your council tax online?
A new online council tax account and billing system called Citizen's Account will shortly be available.
All council tax correspondence is currently sent as a traditional letter.
We are developing the new Citizen's Account system so that you will be able to receive your council tax bill online and check the balance, payments and reductions applied to your council tax account. You will also have access to links in your account where you can make payments or apply for discounts.
The new council tax account system should be available by the end of December 2013, however this page will be updated with news of the project. We will also contact online billing customers directly to inform them of the new service when it becomes available.
Other Aylesbury Vale District Council services will also be added to the Citizen's Account system in the coming months, including business rates, housing benefit and council tax reduction, and landlord payment accounts.

If you have already requested for this service then you should receive a registration email containing the registration link and a unique temporary password, by the 20 December 2013.
