Monthly instalments by payment card
A payment card enabling you to pay by instalments can be sent to you. It is not usually necessary unless you intend paying directly at one of our cash offices. Email: recoveryandbusinessrates@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk.
Direct debit
Direct debit payments are taken directly from your bank account. The scheme is our most simple and cost effective method of payment. It will save your business time and money and keep our costs to a minimum. There are no cheques to write and no paperwork or postage each month. You will be advised at least 10 working days in advance of any changes to your instalments so you can remain in complete control of your bank account. If you want to pay by direct debit email: recoveryandbusinessrates@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk.
By post
You can send cheques to the Council offices in Aylesbury through the post using the payment slips provided with your bill. Please ensure that your account number is clearly quoted on the reverse side of your cheque. Please do not send cash. If you want a receipt please send a stamped addressed envelope and a request for a receipt.
Online
We now accept debit and credit card payments online. The payment is secure and you can do it at any time of day, however, payments after 6pm will be dealt with the following day. You can also pay on our automated telephone payment line - call 01296 585820.
