Any exhibition, demonstration or performance of hypnotism on any person in Aylesbury Vale requires the consent of AVDC.
The performance must comply with any conditions we set out.

Applications must include the performer's full name, details of their last 3 performances, and details of any permissions which have been refused or withdrawn.

AVDC does not charge for this service.
