Licensing Act 2003
The Licensing Act 2003 requires the licensing authority to prepare and publish a statement of its licensing policy every three years. The first statutory three year period began on the 7 January 2005. The second in January 2008 and we are therefore required to review our policy and re-publish it by January 2011.
