Licensing and regulation

AVDC regulates and licenses under various regulations and Acts which control the operation of certain kinds of business.

The purpose of these controls is to maintain and improve the standards of public safety. This is achieved by a balanced use of enforcement and education in relation to the appropriate legislation.
