LA2003 - New Premises Application for Late Night Refreshment

Forms to apply for a new Premises Licence for late night refreshment.

A premises licence is needed if hot refreshment is served between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 the following morning.

If a premises licence is already in force, then a variation to the premises licence must be applied for.
