If you want to trade in the streets of Aylesbury and Buckingham you need a Street Trading Consent from AVDC.
There are a limited number of consented pitches and you are advised to contact the licensing team to check if there are any free pitches.
Elsewhere in the Vale, you do not need any formal permission from licensing, but you need permission from the landowner. This might be Highways at Bucks County Council, a private landowner or even AVDC. You may also need planning permission. Follow this link to view more information about planning applications.
