Street trading

If you want to trade in the streets of Aylesbury and Buckingham you need a Street Trading Consent from AVDC.

There are a limited number of consented pitches in AVDC.   However currently there are no available street trading consents.

Elsewhere in the Vale, you do not need any formal permission from licensing, but you need permission from the landowner.  This might be Highways at Bucks County Council, a private landowner or even AVDC.  You may also need planning permission.

Street Trading Fees

Daytime Pitch £6,049
Evening Pitch £3,792

Street trading in AVDC is currently under review and this page will be updated in 2012.
