Street trading

Do I need a street trading consent?

If you want to trade in the streets of Aylesbury Vale, you’ll need a street trading consent.

If you want to trade on private land, you don’t need any formal licensing but you will need permission from the landowner. This may be a private landowner, Highway at Bucks County Council or even AVDC. You may also need planning permission.

Street trading fees

Street trading consent fees vary depending on the site and hours of operation. Please contact us.
