Aylesbury Vale Advantage

Aylesbury Vale Advantage (AVA) is a partnership formed between Aylesbury Vale District Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, the Vale of Aylesbury Primary Care Trust, South East England Development Agency and English Partnerships. AVA is responsible for initiatives that promote Aylesbury and the local area by enhancing the environment and leading Aylesbury Vale into an era of prosperity with a high quality of life for all its residents and an encouraging environment for sustainable business growth. 

Aylesbury Vale Advantage’s aims are to:

  • Build high quality homes for all residents
  • Create long term jobs in Aylesbury to reflect the wide range of skills and education available
  • Help to improve the education and skills level in Aylesbury Vale and match the needs identified by employers
  • Enhance and protect the environment, making Aylesbury Vale an attractive place to live and work
  • Tackle health and social exclusion
