Changes in circumstances

If you are already in receipt of an exemption and subsequently occupy the building, you are legally required to advise us of the change. You can do this by writing to us or by emailing, or phoning our call centre.

If your circumstances are about to change, please write to us letting us know:

The date you are vacating
The date your lease expires
The name of the new occupiers
Your forwarding address
The name of your landlord

We will arrange to apportion your bill so that you are only charged for the period for which you are responsible for the property and issue any appropriate refunds.
