Dealing with ASB in your community

This section details the strategy used across Bucks to deal with antisocial behaviour.

Our Partners and Strategy
Who is addressing anti-social behaviour?

Bucks Community Safety Partnership is committed to promoting a safe and secure environment so that residents are able to live peacefully in their own communities. We work in this partnership with a wide variety of organisations across the public and voluntary sector, to tackle anti social behaviour.

Most reported incidents of anti social behaviour are dealt with at a local level. In Aylesbury, Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe the district councils and police work closely together to ensure a swift and co-ordinated response to reported incidents. In some of these areas, they have created joint teams of staff known as Public Safety Teams.

There are also clear benefits of working together, across Bucks to tackle this issue. By working in partnership we can provide effective, consistent and comprehensive services and support to those suffering from anti social behaviour. The partnership has successfully developed a joint protocol to guide how we work and a countywide strategy detailing our joint future priorities.

Bucks Anti Social Behaviour Strategy
