Crime reduction advice

This section of the website offers you advice to avoid becoming a victim of crime

Aylesbury Vale is already a low crime area with a crime rate much lower than the national average. But crime does exist and worries many people.

Our community safety strategy is structured to tackle those aspects that cause most problems; namely crime and disorder in local communities and both violent and drug related crimes. In this section of our website we provide practical advice for you to consider to minimise the risk of becoming a victim of crime.

If you have any specific concerns you would like to discuss you can contact community safety on 01296 585005 or Thames Valley police on 0845 8 505 505

If you are a business and would like advice on securing premises or other aspects of reducing crime, contact community safety or Thames Valley Police.
