The SAG is chaired by a licensing officer from AVDC and in his/her absence by an environmental health officer. Any member of the group may be contacted by an event organiser and they circulate completed notification and assessment forms to the other members of the group. Where recommendation's and actions arise, the chair ensures records are maintained, organised and minuted.
Members of SAG can include:
- Traffic Management Officer, Bucks County Council Highways Department
- Fire Safety Officer, Bucks Fire and Rescue Service
- Inspector in charge of Operations, Thames Valley Police
- Area Liaison Manager, South Central Ambulance Trust
