Organising an event on AVDC Land
If you would like to hold an event on AVDC land please complete the relevant forms below and return them to Leisure Services, Aylesbury Vale District Council,The Gateway, Gatehouse Rd, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8FF
What forms do I need to complete?
There are four forms which need completing and returning before an events licence can be issued. These are:
- Risk Assessment
- Programme of Events
- Event Management Plan
- Map of chosen location
What do I need to mark on the location map?
You will need to clearly mark where any items such as inflatables, tents, mobile food vans, generators etc will be.
Where do I send the complete paperwork?
You can either post or hand deliver your paperwork to:
