Full council meets every two months and meetings are chaired by the Chairman of the Council. These meetings are open to the public. Full council concentrates on the wider issues such as major policy decisions and statutory matters such as setting the annual budget. It also deals with exceptions to policy such as planning issues that are not in accordance with the Local Plan.
