The Electoral Registration Officer has a duty to publish the register of electors.

Certain organisations and individuals are entitled by law to receive a copy of the register either when it is published or on request. By following the links in this section you can find out who has the information. 

The supply of the register of electors to the organisations and individuals listed is governed by the Representation of the People Regulations 2001, except supply to the Court Service where entitlement arises from the Juries Act 1974.
