What's your carbon footprint?

What's your carbon footprint?

ZapCarbon is all about helping people make a difference to our world. There’s so much information out there telling us we’ve got to cut back our CO2 emissions, and ZapCarbon is a web based tool specifically designed to help us do that.

How it works

The ZapCarbon website simply helps you find opportunities in your home that will reduce your CO2 emmisions. It also lets you measure your progress.  It’s very much up to you how and where you want to save energy. The advice is arranged in a room-by-room format – pick and choose as you like.

One thing's for sure, everyone’s home energy use is different, but using the site you'll find out where the biggest savings are for you.

Our houses are crammed full of energy saving opportunities. It's a very rare house that doesn't waste a good proportion of its energy. Trouble is, we often simply aren't aware of it.  Importantly, ZapCarbon also helps you measure your progress. By simply taking an electricity meter reading you can get your own Energy and Carbon profiles which show you exactly how much you've saved.
