Buckinghamshire Land Quality Forum

The Buckinghamshire Land Quality Forum aims to promote good practice and effective guidance in all aspects of brownfield development. It also aims to promote high quality investigation and consistency of regulation in relation to contaminated land throughout Buckinghamshire as a whole.

The forum consists of all the local authorities in the County of Buckinghamshire;

•   Aylesbury Vale District Council
•   Chiltern District Council
•   Milton Keynes Council
•   South Bucks District Council
•   Wycombe District Council

The Bucks Land Quality Forum have jointly produced several documents including a technical guide for planning applicants and developers. This guide is aimed at those intending to develop on potentially contaminated land, or on land which has a sensitive end use. We have also produced a number of advice notes on various topics relating to contaminated land. Hyperlinks to all these documents can be found at the bottom of this page.

Terms of Reference for the forum have also been written and can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.
