If you wish to apply for a permit for your Part B installation, you can download a permit application form below.
When making an application, there is an assocaited application fee to cover administration and guidance notes costs. This figure is set by Defra and varies annually. The current application fees can be viewed on the Defra website by following the link below.
Once we have received your application, we must consider it and decide whether to approve it or not based on many factors such as; potential sources of emissions, location, the proximity of receptors etc. The permit application process includes the need to consult relevant members of the public and other organisations.
Once complete, please send your application with the appropriate fee to:-
