If you have household waste to get rid of that can’t go in your bin, such as an old fridge or sofa, we will collect it from outside your home. For just £27.20 we will collect up to six items. This service is offered free to senior citizens who receive the pension credit. This service is for domestic, household waste only.
The items we can take include:
- furniture
- cookers, fridges and freezers
- carpets and underlay (of manageable size)
- bagged green garden waste
The items we CANNOT take include:
- business waste
- building rubble or similar materials
- dangerous materials like oil or garden chemicals.
