Intermediate Navigational Skills Walk
Experienced training instructor with the Air Cadets and National Trails volunteer, Nick Crombie, invites you on this navigation / map reading day geared towards intermediate map-readers and those who want to know more about Ordinance Survey maps, compasses and how to use them effectively. Brush up on those rusty navigation skills and enhance your knowledge and enjoyment of the countryside! The day will include a pleasant walk on and around The Ridgeway. Meet at Bury Down car park where The Ridgeway crosses minor road from A34 to West Ilsley (signed Ridgeway from A34).
