Like what we do? Don’t like what we do? Think we could do better?

We are always looking for idea’s on how to make our services better. Your comments, or suggestions on how to improve, will help us to do that. We also want to know when something has gone wrong so that we can put it right.

You may also want to tell us when we get things right. We would like to hear from you as it tells us the services that you really value.

If you decide to comment, compliment or complain about one of our services, you will need to tell us the following:
• Tell us your name and address.
• Where and how we can contact you.
• Tell us the details of your enquiry.
• Tell us the name of anyone you may have spoken to in the council.

If you would like to make a comment, compliment or complaint you can do so by:
• filling in the comments, compliments and complaints form, or
• phoning the officer involved, or
• phoning the Service Liaison Officer – there is one in all departments, or
• by writing a letter.

If you need help doing this, you can ask a friend or adult to help you.
