AVDC are looking for a new name to promote our activities for young people. We are giving you the chance to be involved, get creative and win a prize. Your entry must contain no more than three words and you need to be between the ages of 11 and 18 and live or go to school/college in Aylesbury Vale.

There is £50 worth of shopping vouchers up for grabs as well as helping develop the final design if you are picked. The entries will be judged on individuality, memorability and relevance. The deadline for entries is Friday 2 March and you need to complete this form.
