Bucks Home Choice - despite having transferred our housing stock to the Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust in July 2006 we still hold and maintain a housing register of people who are in housing need. To find out more about joining the register please follow the link on the left.

Housing Advice - offers free confidential advice on a wide range of housing matters.

Housing Advice Directory - information about accommodation, advice and support agencies in the Aylesbury Vale area.

Housing Development - Affordable Housing - provides details of new affordable housing being built in our district.

Housing Options - information on the range of housing options open to those seeking housing in the district.

Housing Services Customer Satisfaction Feedback - let us know what you think of the service you have received from us.

Information on Homelessness - if you are homeless or threatened with homelessness please follow this link on the menu.

Mutual Exchange - provides details on the national mutual exchange scheme HomeSwapper.

Private Sector Housing - contains information on Disabled Facilities Grants, Houses in Multiple Occupation, housing inspections, the Landlords' Forum and the Landlord Accreditation Scheme.

Strategic Housing - the role of strategic housing in providing affordable housing in the district.

Supporting People - information on the national government grant programme, Supporting People, that provides housing related support services to help vulnerable people live independently

We no longer own or manage any housing stock. This was transferred in July 2006 to a new housing association called Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust (VAHT). If you are a former tenant of the council, you are now a tenant of VAHT and you should contact the Trust directly for more information about your tenancy.
