What is the Local Land Charges Register?

The local land charges register consists of information that may be useful to a potential purchaser of land or property to find out whether there are any liabilities or constraints on the land.

A potential purchaser can be made aware of any notices about to be served on the property that will become binding upon any new purchaser upon completion. To cover these items the questionnaire form CON29 is available.
