Copies of documents available from Local Land Charges
Copies of documents for most Local Land Charges registrations are available from the Local Land Charges section upon written request. Our fee for supplying a copy of a document is £10.

Various documents for planning applications including the decision notices are available from our Planning On-Line Website to download free of charge subject to agreeing with the terms and conditions of use. Building Control documentation can be obtained from the Building Control division. The Building Control Administration Team can be contacted directly using their contact details below.
