Submitting a local land charges search

Helpful tips for your application

To enable us to begin processing your search application on the day of receipt please see the tips below:

• Always send one completed set of LLC1 and CON29 forms or alternatively use our simplified search request form (download it from the bottom of the page).
• Include a plan of the property/land with the area to be searched clearly outlined in red. Don't forget to include any garages or parking spaces.
• Ensure that you include all optional and additional enquiries you may require, including the appropriate additional fees.
• If you want to include other roads and footpaths in box C of the CON29R form, please identify them by name and/or identify them by colouring or hatching on the plan.
• Payment can be made by cheque or over the phone by debit or credit card.  Cheques are to be made payable to Aylesbury Vale District Council.
• If using the AVDC search request form don't forget you can email it and the plan to our dedicated email address searches@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk
