Thursday club

The aim of the club is to provide both a recreational and social environment for local people with disabilities.

The club encourages both young people and adults (12+) to take part in a range of organised activities designed to increase their physical skills, life skills and general health to enhance their quality of life.

All sessions and activities are supervised at all times by our trained staff, and we aim to ensure that all members have fun and are challenged in a social environment.

What activities do we provide?

A varied programme of dry based activities is provided each week

  • boccia
  • short tennis
  • uni-hockey 
  • parachute games 
  • music 
  • dance 
  • keep fit 
  • general health related exercise
  • swimming is also an important part of the club's programme and members have an hour in the pool to either relax or gain their water confidence
When do we meet?

The group meets on a Thursday evening between 5pm - 7pm at Booker Park School, Aylesbury, HP21 9ET

How much does it cost?

£5 per session, £2.50 for passport to leisure holders. Payment is taken on the evening.
