This year's annual Parklife event will take place on the 5th and 6th September.

Saturday sees the park taken over by picnic blankets and flags as we celebrate the Proms in the Park with Aylesbury Community Concert Band.  This annual event, hosted by Aylesbury Town Council, is always a great success with music for all the family and the inclusion of the traditional flag waving style of the Last Night of the Proms with Sea Shanties, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory.

On Sunday Aylesbury residents have the chance to take part in a range of sports, including a fitness session with the Aqua Vale team, tag rugby, tennis, cricket, street sports, bowls and several inflatable games.  There will be local sports clubs on hand with opportunities for everyone to get involved.   Local youth bands will also be playing on the main stage throughout the day on Sunday providing an eclectic mix of Indie, Blues and Acoustic music.

These fantastic events are completely free of charge, so why not bring the family down to Vale park to get involved.

The daytime events on Saturday and Sunday take place between 12pm and 4pm.  The proms in the park event starts at 6.30pm with a festival picnic with the concert starting at 7.30pm.
