Pebbles and Pennies from the 2010 menu

The annual 'Theatre in the Villages' programme brings professional performances to rural locations across Buckinghamshire, giving villages the opportunity to host and co-promote events for the enjoyment of their community.

The scheme is funded by Aylesbury Vale, South Bucks and Wycombe District Councils.

The opportunity is open to any group in these areas to act as hosts, promoting a visit from a performing company and helping with the organisation of the event in order to foster local community enjoyment.

If you would like to become a promoter in next years tour, please have a look at the 2010 menu below. You will find links to the websites of the performers where you will find extra information and video footage. Once you are ready to book, you will be able to see the availability of the companies on the booking schedule download at the bottom of the page, then you can call the co-ordinator to book your performance.

Please look through the tool kit as this will be able to answer the majority of your questions and help you to fully plan a performance in your village.
