Aylesbury Vale Public Art Strategy
The Aylesbury Vale Public Art Strategy 2009 to 2014 was adopted by AVDC in January 2009. By adopting this strategy, the council recognises the value of public art towards the growth agenda for the area, the possibilities of public art to enhance the built environment and to create a sense of place unique and distinctive to the Vale. Following a comprehensive consultation programme, the Strategy was written by Artpoint, the Public Art Agency for the South East Region, with support from the Arts Council England.
