Safeguarding children and young people
Children and Young People greatly benefit from taking part in leisure activities, which give them the opportunity to be healthy and active, to have fun, to learn new skills and to make new friends.
We view the safeguarding and protection of children and young people extremely highly and ensure that all steps are taken to keep children and young people safe. As such we welcome any questions you may have about our activities and issues around safety.

All coaches and leaders have up to date qualifications

All staff and volunteers have attended recognised training courses in child protection and health and safety

All staff and volunteers will have been assessed with regard to their suitability to work with children and young people. This includes a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check, reference check and interview.
