Description

The Mount is situated in Aylesbury's old town area between Castle Street, Friarage Road and Green end. The Mount is landscaped into three areas locally known as:

• Mingle Bob
• Mingle John
• Green Street

All three are linked by a connecting path.

There are no sports facilities at present but there is a space for informal recreation.

There is a total of fifty trees throughout The Mount. Forty nine of them are planted within Green Street and Mingle Bob, with only one hornbeam in Mingle John.

Hornbeam, sumach and false cypress make up the majority of trees in The Mount and the most impressive tree is the established evergreen oak in Mingle Bob.

There is no area for parking at The Mount.
