How to apply for your Aylesbury Vale Passport to Leisure Card

The Passport to Leisure Card offers discounts of up to 50% on a range of leisure activities in Aylesbury Vale as well as other benefits to card-holders.

The discounts are available on many of the activities for both adults and children and also at facilities provided by Aylesbury Vale District Council and by other participating organisations.

You can apply for a Passport to Leisure Card if you are an Aylesbury Vale resident and your household receives any of the following benefits

  • Incapacity Benefit
  • Job Seekers Allowance
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Proof of Eligibility
  • Benefit award letters valid for the current period
  • Current Benefit
  • Allowance Book

Attach one Passport Size Photograph for each card holder (leading name clearly printed on reverse). Produce evidence that you receive one of the benefits listed above

General Guidelines

The Passport to Leisure Card is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Children under the age of 16 may be included on a parent or guardian's card, however, those aged between 8 and 16 may have their own card. A photo for each individual card holder is required.
Passport to Leisure Cards should be applied for in advance of making any bookings, discounts cannot be back - dated.
