The Reflex Gym, located at the Winslow Centre, contains a range of resistance and cardio vascular equipment suitable for all your fitness aims. A friendly gym instructor will always be on duty and able to assist with your workout programme and exercise techniques.
The gym operates on a 'pay and play' basis - there are no joining fees or monthly direct debits. Users will need to have an induction before they can use the equipment.
