What is Sky Ride?
Sky Ride Local rides are small group cycle rides designed to get everyone cycling regularly in a fun and informal way. There are fantastic bike rides starting from various points across the District throughout the summer commencing from 20 May until October. All rides are led by friendly leaders trained by British Cycling.
Rides vary in levels, from beginners to more experienced cyclists, so you can pick a level to suit your skills and enjoyment. Children are welcome to take part. Whatever level you choose, you'll be riding on safe routes, with your ride leaders. And if you haven't dusted off your bike for a while, they'll happily check it over for you.
Ride routes take in a wide range of areas including the Phoenix Trail, Bucks Railway Centre, Quainton Hill, Aylesbury, Wendover Woods, Winslow and Buckingham. Enjoy the great outdoors and explore the beautiful countryside in Aylesbury Vale.
