AVDC operate several grass pitch location's at Alfred Rose, Bedgrove, Bowlers Field, Edinburgh Playing Fields, Fairford Leys, Meadowcroft and Walton Court and a Synthetic Pitch facility at Meadowcroft. All of which are available for hire.

club name
opposition's name
preferred pitch location on your email.

All cancellation's for games less than 48 hours notice will be charged and clubs are requested to confirmed telephone cancellation's by email to pitchhire@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk.

No changes may be made directly with the grounds staff.

On the day of your pitch hire if you encounter any problems please contact the Contractors Sports Grounds Supervisor on 07976 757715. Please note this number is available between 08:00-22:30 daily.

Aylesbury Vale District Council requests that user's of our sports facilities consider car sharing where possible and give due consideration to local residents when parking their vehicles. Parking spaces are limited in the locality of our pitches and the resulting congestion often causes a problem. Please also note that under no circumstances should vehicles be parked on pavement areas.
