Sports Pitch Hire - Locations and local football clubs

AVDC operate several grass pitch locations at Alfred Rose, Bedgrove, Bowlers Field, Edinburgh Playing Fields, Fairford Leys, Meadowcroft and Walton Court and an astroturf facility at Meadowcroft. All of which are avaliable for hire.

All enquiries should be made via the dedicated email address pitchhire@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk

Please remember to include:

contact telephone number
club name
opposition's name
preferred pitch location on your email.
All cancellations for games less than 48 hours notice will be charged and clubs are requested to confirmed telephone cancellations by email to pitchhire@aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk.

No changes may be made directly with the grounds staff.

Weekend Emergency Contact Details
If you encounter any problems with regard to your weekend pitch hire please contact 07976 757715. Please note this number is available between 08:00-17:00 hours at the weekend for match day issues only.

Aylesbury Vale District Council requests that users of our sports facilities consider car sharing where possible and give due consideration to local residents when parking their vehicles. Parking spaces are limited in the locality of our pitches and the resulting congestion often causes a problem. Please also note that under no circumstances should vehicles be parked on pavement areas.
