Reactivate Aylesbury Vale
It's never too late to give it a go, get fit, feel healthier and have fun!
There’s no excuse not to get active because Aylesbury Vale District Council's Community Development team and Bucks Sport have teamed up with sport and leisure providers to Reactivate Aylesbury Vale!
Whether you’ve made a New Year’s resolution to lose weight, get fit or simply want to meet like-minded people, Reactivate Aylesbury Vale has a variety of taster activities available to try this February ranging from Golf and Running to Zumba and Buggyfit, so make 2012 the year you try something new!

Brendan Cole
Find yourself wanting to be more active in 2012? Then take part in our next ‘Give it a go week’ from the 20th to 26th February, Bucks resident, and Strictly Come Dancing star, Brendan Cole will be right behind you. For him, keeping active is a way of life. “When you dance, or do whatever else you love, you’re too preoccupied to stress or strain about anything else. It’s great.”
So start your New Year by trying something new or return to an activity you once did with the Reactivate programme.
Click here to search the free and subsidised activities on offer during the week. As Brendan says: “Just make your choice, keep to it and give it a go. Everything else will follow.” And if you register with Bucks Sport you can also win some great prizes donated by Brendan and his brother Scott (also a professional dancer).
