A by-election for a vacancy on Buckingham Town Council (south ward) will be held on Thursday 27 March.
Two candidates have been nominated for election – Robert Lehmann of Mill Road, Maids Moreton and Tony Webster of March Edge, Buckingham. The vacancy on the council has arisen due to the resignation of Councillor Huw Lewis.
Polling will take place at the Buckingham Youth Centre on London Road with the polling hours between 7am and 10pm. The votes will be counted at the Youth Centre immediately after the poll closes.
Those electors whose names appear on the Buckingham Town (south ward) register of electors will be able to vote at this election. Polling cards have already been sent out to the 4,193 residents eligible to vote.
