In the meantime, one of the best ways to ensure protection against infection from a virus is to regularly and thoroughly wash your hands and face to avoid transmission of viruses from surfaces.

Regular cleaning of handled surfaces such as door handles, work and desk tops and tap and toilet handles with normal cleaners or disinfectants will also help.
