Refuse and recycling collections hit by snow - update at 5pm on 2 February
If you are a resident in the district and your refuse and recycling was due to be collected today but has not been, please leave your bin and containers out as it may be possible to collect them tomorrow (3 February).

Refuse and recycling crews go ahead today - 3 February
AVDC’s refuse and recycling crews are back on the road today. There may be some side roads or pavements which are too icy but the crews will make every effort to collect both refuse and recycling from as many homes as possible.
