Agricultural holdings certificate – important note for all applicants

Please note that, where the form includes an agricultural holdings certificate, you must complete either section A or section B, even if the property does not form part of an agricultural holding. Option A states that no part of the site is, or is part of, an agricultural holding If there is an agricultural tenancy contract on the site, you will need to complete Option B.

• Non material amendments application form and notes to help you apply. Please diregard the notes on the application form and just provide one copy with this type of application 
• Section 106 - application form to modify or discharge a section 106 planning obligation
• Trees - application form and notes to help you apply to carry out works to trees subject to a preservation order or in a conservation area
• Time limit - application form and notes to help you apply to extend the time limit of an existing application
• All other types of application including listed building and conservation area consent

Supporting documents and Ordnance Survey plans

• You will need to provide a set of Ordnance Survey lans with your application. These are available online or you can purchase a set of 6 plans by visiting our Customer Services Centre at 66 High Street Aylesbury or telephoning 01296 585469 or 585811
